I was perusing old photos and found this one very entertaining! I wonder if it was high tea of something of the sort? Sweeeeeet hats ladies, you get a free bowl of soup with those?

I have never seen this, wow !!! still in shock. I don't remember dressing this way... most likley for a good reason. Did someone say Mint Julep ?
